For 2018, the IRS has raised the dollar limit on employee contributions to health flexible spending accounts (FSAs) by $50. Tax-exclusion limits were also raised for transit benefits and adoption assistance programs. During open enrollment, encourage employees to take advantage of tax-excluded benefits.
