Tarr, Inc. and Zenith, LLC, a San Diego-based company that sells dietary supplements, will pay $50,000 and provide other significant relief to settle a pregnancy discrimination lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.
