Halo Unlimited, Inc., dba Infant Hearing Screening Specialists, a Corona, Calif.-based company, violated federal law when it denied an accommodation to a pregnant employee with a disability, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), announced in a lawsuit filed today.
