Beavers’ Inc., doing business as several Arby’s franchises in the Southeast, violated federal law when it subjected several teenaged female employees at an Atmore, Ala., Arby’s to sexual harassment at its location, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed on March 30, 2018.
