This past year was an important one for the EEOC as we refocused our priorities, resolved several major cases, adhered to our mission and the law, and were prepared to meet the moment on sexual harassment. I’m very grateful to the members of Congress for recognizing the needs of the agency now. Going forward, I will ensure that we use these additional funds judiciously to enhance the agency’s work – especially as to harassment prevention. I also want to recognize the hard work and dedication of the EEOC staff across the country for stepping up this past year.
